Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AltCtrl services, including our CRM, WhatsApp Business API integration, and real estate marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AltCtrl provides:

• AI-powered COS for real estate agencies and developers.
• Automation tools for lead management, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Real estate listing and marketplace solutions.
• Analytics, scoring, and reporting tools.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users (agents, agencies, developers, or partners) must:

• Provide accurate business and contact information.
• Obtain customer consent before sharing personal data (required under UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, Morocco Law 09-08, and international privacy laws).
• Use AltCtrl only for legitimate property and business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local laws when handling leads and customer data.

Prohibited uses include:

• Spamming, fraud, or misleading communications.
• Selling, reselling, or exporting customer data.
• Violating UAE, Saudi, Moroccan, or international privacy and consumer protection laws.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

• Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Agencies and developers remain jointly responsible for data they upload into AltCtrl.
• AltCtrl is not liable for misuse of customer data by agencies, developers, or third parties.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to AltCtrl is provided on a subscription basis.
• Fees are billed according to the selected plan and must be paid in full.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AltCtrl is not responsible for disputes, failed transactions, or losses arising between agents, developers, and clients.
• AltCtrl does not guarantee property sales, commissions, or investment outcomes.
• Services are provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltCtrl disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• For UAE users: governed by UAE Federal Law.
• For Saudi users: governed by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable Saudi regulations.
• For Morocco users: governed by Morocco Law 09-08 and Moroccan civil/commercial laws.
• International users: governed by the laws of the UAE unless overridden by mandatory local law.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under UAE law, unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Fail to comply with payment obligations.
• Misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activities.

Users may terminate their subscription at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

9. International Compliance

Users acknowledge that AltCtrl operates globally and agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

• UAE PDPL
• Saudi PDPL (2023)
• Morocco Law 09-08
• GDPR (EU)
• CCPA (California, USA)
• Other applicable privacy/data protection laws in their jurisdiction

Where laws conflict, the stricter law applies.

10. Changes to Terms

AltCtrl reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
